Intellectual property & Media
All content on this site, including but not limited to videos, choreography, graphics, logos, branding, class recordings, and digital materials (content / clips), remain our intellectual property. You agree not to:
- Record, screen record (screenshot or capture), download or redistribute content.
- Share or distribute replay links or any digital access.
- Upload or publish our content to other platforms without owner agreement. Agreement must be sought in written form (email). Access to content does not grant any licensing/ resale/ redistribution rights.
We will not use your likeness or personal image, recordings or identifiable information for promotional purposes or otherwise without your explicit consent.
Booking & Access
Class bookings and digital content access are confirmed only upon successful payment via our approved payment processor(s).
Paid access is grants individual private viewing only. You agree not to share access with third parties. Replay access duration is specified at the time of booking. We are not responsible for expired, deleted or user - lost links.
Health, Safety & Medical Disclaimer
By participating in dance, movement, or exercise sessions you acknowledge that physical activity carries inherent risks. You confirm you are medically fit to participate.
We do not provide medical advice. If you experience dizziness, pain, injuries or discomfort, you should always seek medical advice before continuing with us.
Third Party platforms
Online classes, taster sessions and replays may be delivered via Youtube, Tiktok, Google Meet or other third party services, Access and use of these platforms are subject to their respective terms and conditions and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for outages, connection difficulties, restrictions or platform changes imposed by the third party services.
Privacy & Data Protection
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy which complies with the GDPR for UK/EU users and equivalent standards for international users.
we may update these terms and conditions at any time. Updates become effective upon posting to the site. Continued use of the site indicates accepted of the terms as they stand and when updated.
