This Refund & Cancellation policy applies to all bookings, classes and digital content provided through this website (site). By booking or purchasing, you agree to the terms below.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available for live classes classes only when the booking is cancelled 24hours or more before the scheduled session time.
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made within 24hours of the session start time unless required by consumer law. Digital content, replay access and downloadable materials are non - refundable once delivered.
If you cancel 24hours or more before your scheduled session, you may choose form the following:
- Full refund, issued to the original payment method, or,
- Credit, applied to a future session(s)
Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear depending on payment provider.
Cancellations made less than 24hours before a booked session are not eligible for a refund. However, you will still receive automatic replay access (where applicable), allowing you to participate in your own time.
'No - Show' Policy
If you book a session and do not attend (no show), no refund will be issued. Replay access is automatically attached to your purchase even on non attendance. You will retain access to the replay for the duration specified at the time of purchase.
This ensures that you still receive the service you paid for, even if you could not attend the live session.
